Executive Assistant, Temporary
Up to Β£30/hour plus holiday, depending on experience, Hybrid, West End
An excellent opportunity to join a successful financial firm with potential of ongoing float cover. A global Private Equity firm located in the West End is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to join their Temp EA poolto cover bookings of varying lengths.
EA duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting a range of individuals from analysts to MD level
- Diary management
- International travel arrangements
- Expense reconciliation
- Ad hoc support to wider team as required
Successful EAs will:
- Be available for ongoing / recurring temp assignments
- Possess 3-4 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role within financial services or a corporate setting
- An attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office
The Details:
- Competitive pay of up to Β£28/hour, plus holiday pay (based on experience)
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm
- Working for a firm which has guaranteed recurring temp work
- Recurring bookings available and the opportunity to be considered for permanent and contract roles
