Exceptional Team EA needed for high profile investment firm in the West End. Supporting a small team of lovely, high intelligent executives, the successful Team EA / Assistant will be extremely organized, used to working meticulously under pressure, have multiple diary management experience and have an impressive work ethic and friendly, positive approach. The culture here is professional, supportive and collaborative, with an outstanding reputation for looking after their staff.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
  • Coordinating extensive internal and external meetings
  • Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
  • Coordinating closing dinners and offsites
  • Processing expenses
  • Working closely with other PA / Executive Assistants in wider team

The ideal EA will have:

  • Solid Team EA / PA experience, gained from Banking or Investment Management firm
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Team player and a sense of humour
  • Positive self-starter
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

Benefits include annual bonus, 25 days hols (plus Christmas close), private healthcare and hybrid model. As this is a Temp to Perm position you will need to be available at short notice.
