Exceptional Senior PA needed for a highly regarded asset management firm based in the City. The PA will provide high level support to 3 MDs and the wider team within their high octane and results-driven Sustainable Investment team. The role will be super busy and varied, requiring a confident and outgoing PA who is happy to work at the core of a thriving team. The successful PA will be extremely organized, have multiple diary management experience, an impressive work ethic and a friendly, positive approach. As a company, they work hard and strive for excellent results, but are also super supportive, inclusive and friendly. They have a welcoming and gregarious PA team, with an incredibly low turnover, who work collectively to maintain an exceptional level of support and impeccably run office.
Duties will include:
- Extensive diary management for 3 Managing Directors and administrative support to 10 team members
- Coordinating extensive meetings including all the finer details and paperwork for numerous internal and external meetings
- Coordinate domestic and international travel for all team members
- Minute taking and collating and distributing papers for monthly and bi-monthly Investment Committees and portfolio board meetings
- Event planning and execution for internal and client company events
- Filing expenses for three MDs
- Assistance with quarterly sustainability reporting
- Working closely with other PAs / Executive Assistants
The ideal candidate will have:
- A levels or Degree education (or equivalent)
- Solid EA experience including exceptional multiple diary management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Able to address challenges calmly and efficiently
- Financial sector exposure (ideally)
- Happy to work in a very high end, professional, warm environment
