We are delighted to be partnering with one of the world’s most successful and respected asset management firms in the search for an outstanding Senior Executive Assistant to join one of the busiest and highest-performing teams within the business. This is a rare opportunity to support a highly regarded Global Head, alongside providing additional support to a Managing Director, an Associate and a VP. The role offers the chance to build a genuine long-term partnership with an exceptional leader who is widely recognised for being approachable, down-to‑earth and highly valued by those around him.

The Global Head operates at an incredibly fast pace, with a demanding and ever-changing schedule involving extensive international travel, frequent diary changes and global stakeholder engagement. As such, this position requires an accomplished Executive Assistant with excellent judgement, strong emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. You will become a true right-hand support and trusted strategic partner, helping to ensure the seamless running of a complex and high-profile remit.

Alongside this, you will provide additional support to a highly personable Managing Director, an Associate and a VP. While this support will be less intensive, the workload will ebb and flow, requiring someone who is adaptable, responsive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones

About You
  • Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders at C‑suite or equivalent level
  • Proven experience within asset management, private equity, investment banking or a similarly fast‑paced financial services environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong commercial awareness and sound judgement
  • Highly proactive, adaptable and resilient
  • Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach
