We are delighted to be partnering with one of our favourite clients, a highly successful and internationally recognised private equity firm based in London Bridge, to recruit a Team Executive Assistant on a 12-month maternity cover contract commencing in September.

This role sits within one of the firm’s core investment teams and offers the opportunity to support a large group of investment professionals at Principal and Associate level. It is ideally suited to someone with 2-3 years of EA, Team Assistant or administrative experience who is looking to build strong foundations within a high-performing private equity environment while developing their skills as part of a supportive and collaborative EA team.

The Role

This is a busy and varied position requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management across a large team
  • Coordinating multi-leg international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones
  • CRM administration and deal tracking support
  • Assisting with document preparation, presentations and meeting materials
  • Supporting wider team projects and administrative initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with the wider EA team and providing cover when required to ensure seamless support across the business

About You

We are keen to speak with candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering a high standard of support.

You will ideally have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience within private equity, financial services or a similarly fast-paced professional services environment
  • Strong diary, travel and meeting coordination experience
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A positive, professional and team-oriented approach
  • Exposure to software, technology or investment-related sectors would be advantageous
