Private & Business PA to Ultra High Net Worth Principal | Mayfair | £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm, with occasional weekend work as required.
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private & Business PA to join the immaculate Mayfair family office of an inspiring Ultra High Net Worth Principal with a diverse portfolio of international business interests.
This role is offered as an initial six-month contract, with the intention of converting to perm upon successful completion, in lieu of a traditional probationary period.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will become a true right-hand support to the Principal, partnering closely with two other EAs (including a Senior EA) to seamlessly coordinate both business and personal affairs.
This is a varied, fast-paced and highly rewarding role that offers exposure at Chairman level and the opportunity to develop your career within an exceptional family office environment.
The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused, thriving in a role where no two days are the same.
You’ll naturally take ownership, anticipate needs before they arise and enjoy finding solutions without requiring constant direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Extensive business and private diary management.
- Coordinating complex international travel, itineraries and logistics.
- Accompanying the Principal on multi-leg international business trips when required.
- Organising family holidays, private travel and personal appointments.
- Liaising with high-profile clients, advisers and household staff.
- Managing ever-changing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ensuring the Principal’s business and personal life runs seamlessly.
- Providing ad hoc project support across both business and private matters.
