The hours for this role are 7:30 – 15:30/16:00 Monday – Friday. International travel required.

We are looking for an exceptional support professional to work alongside an UHNWI, who has multiple international businesses, in a strong gatekeeping true right-hand fashion. The role encompasses a huge range of duties, spanning both business and personal, and offers great depth and variation for an ambitious EA looking to be fully immersed in their position. There is also line management of two further Private PAs, with whom you will share international travelling duties as well as occasional weekend hours.

The role will suit an EA looking to forge a Business Assistant level relationship with their Executive, with full autonomy, trust, and respect. For those looking to be fully involved, relied upon, working as part of a truly successful team, as well as taking on an integral leadership position – this is the job for you!

THE ROLE:
  • Supporting the Executive and their extended family in a right-hand, first port of call fashion
  • International travel management, ultra complex itineraries, and intricate visa applications
  • Accompanying the Executive on multi-leg international business trips on average once or twice each month
  • Multi time zoned diary management (both business and personal)
  • Managing a junior PA and supporting their development
  • Booking family vacations, events, and organising daily appointments
  • Creating high-level relationships with clients, often high-profile, and their EAs
  • Document and report preparation, handling highly sensitive information
THE PERFECT EA FOR THIS ROLE:
  • Will have a background in c-suite level support within a fast paced industry such as private equity, boutique investments, or a family office environment
  • Experience as both a Business EA and Private PA to an UHNWI with international business ventures
  • An exemplary work ethic, confidence in your own ability, and an excellent EQA discreet and respectful approach to your support

The salary for this role ranges from £70,000 to £90,000 depending on experience, with an annual bonus, 25 days holiday, private healthcare, and pension contribution.
