We are seeking a highly professional and discreet Junior Executive Assistant to join a well-established family office based in Mayfair, London, supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual, Chairman of the family office. This PA role is to start immediately on a temp-to-perm basis.
This role sits within a close-knit team of three EAs and will act as a secondary EA, working in partnership with the Senior EA to provide seamless support across both business and private affairs for the Principal and the wider family.
The Role
This is a broad, hands-on position requiring flexibility, sound judgement and a genuine willingness to support at all levels. Responsibilities will span both corporate and personal support, including but not limited to:
- Extensive and complex diary management across business and private commitments
- Managing correspondence and liaising with business partners, investors and advisors
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and schedules across multiple time zones
- Supporting private matters including travel and holiday arrangements, gift sourcing, and personal events
- Assisting with personal administration such as insurance, healthcare appointments and household-related matters
- Acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Providing ad-hoc support to the wider family as required
- Working closely with the Senior EA to ensure continuity and exceptional service
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Junior EA, ideally within a UHNW, family office or professional services environment
- Exceptionally discreet, polished and professional
- A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively and supporting others
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Comfortable handling both business and private responsibilities with equal care
- Proactive, adaptable and genuinely willing to βmuck inβ where needed
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
