We are working with a highly successful global asset management firm with beautiful offices in Mayfair to recruit a Finance & Administrative Assistant to join their friendly London-based finance team.

Working within a finance team of eight, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the CFO, alongside assisting with a broad range of finance-related administration and operational tasks.

This role would suit someone who is highly organised, numerate, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. It could be particularly appealing to someone with an interest in finance or accounting who may wish to pursue a finance qualification in the future.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the CFO and wider finance team with day-to-day administration
  • Managing invoices, payments, and wire transfers
  • Liaising with banks and external suppliers
  • Speaking confidently with investors and handling payment call-backs
  • Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets and financial records
  • Assisting with finance operations and general team support
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently with strong attention to detail
