A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a standout Executive Assistant to join a highly successful and growing asset management firm based in the heart of Mayfair.
This is a long-term temporary assignment supporting a busy and fast-paced team of senior executives at MD and Principal level. The role will suit an experienced EA who thrives in a traditional, high-performing environment and enjoys being at the centre of a dynamic team.
You will be supporting approximately six to seven executives and will be responsible for complex diary management across multiple time zones, coordinating extensive international travel, managing ever-changing priorities and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.
The successful candidate will be highly proactive, solutions-focused and willing to go the extra mile. Previous experience within financial services or asset management is essential, alongside the ability to remain calm, organised and one step ahead in a demanding environment.
