A dynamic investment firm based in the City is looking for a well presented, people-focused, friendly Front of House / Junior Receptionist to join their front-of-house team based in their modern, stylish office.
Your duties will be many and varied, from meeting and greeting the firm's clients, answering incoming calls, coordinating meeting room bookings, managing outlook calendars, setting up VCs, ordering catering, managing couriers and assisting the EAs with ad hoc tasks.
The ideal candidate should have 6 months+ comparable experience in a front of house role. You will be a team player, an excellent communicator, with good IT skills and someone who relishes being on the go all the time. You should be calm and collected under pressure, a problem solver and keen to grow your career within a dynamic organisation.
This role is based Monday to Friday in the office, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
