Superb opportunity for a bright, tenacious Executive Assistant to work for a fast-moving global consultancy with a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture. Supporting 1:2, you will be an upbeat, engaged personality who is robust, willing to go the extra mile, and enjoys a challenge! You will ensure all aspects of high-level assignments run smoothly and assist in creating and maintaining relationships with clients; extensive, changeable diary management and scheduling, travel coordination, client and candidate relationship management, and creation of high-quality reports and presentations.
The ideal candidate for this EA role will be enthusiastic, curious, and detail-oriented. You must have experience working in super-fast-paced, project-centered environments where you are a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
