A dynamic, high end investment firm based in the City is seeking a warm, energetic and sophisticated Front of House Assistant due to an internal promotion. You will be based on an immaculate, corporate front desk working alongside one other Assistant. You will take ownership of ensuring a first class, 5* customer service to all. The ideal Front of House Assistant will have a passion for front of house and take genuine pride in what they do – this is a key hire for the firm and they need a very special individual. This is reflected in the generous salary and benefits package the successful Receptionist will receive.
THE ROLE
- Managing multiple meeting room diaries and a busy reception desk
- Meeting and greeting all clients and team
- Answering all incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Booking couriers and taxis
- Assisting the EA team with printing and binding
- Troubleshooting basic IT problems with Teams/Zoom calls or equipment being used in meeting rooms
THE CANDIDATE
- 1-2 years’ reception experience within a corporate environment is essential
- Upbeat, positive personality with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Proactive and helpful
- Must have great IT skills, including Teams and Zoom knowledge
This is a really fantastic and close-knit admin team; lots of room to take on additional duties in time, and progress in the business after two years in the role.
