Hera Search is seeking an accomplished senior-level Executive Assistant to join the Private Wealth division of a world-renowned asset management firm, supporting the Global COO. Based in Central London, this is a high-profile, fast-paced role supporting an Exec as a true 'right hand.' The Role

  • Supporting a highly respected and extremely in-demand Global COO, you will act as a true right hand and strategic partner.
  • The COO leads a large, global team and requires an EA who is proactive, confident and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
  • Complex, ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordination of extensive global travel itineraries
  • Acting as gatekeeper and liaison to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing communications and ensuring priorities are clearly aligned
  • Supporting team coordination and acting as a central point within a busy Private Wealth environment
  • Proactively identifying issues, resolving conflicts and managing upwards with confidence

The Candidate

  • We are looking for a polished, resilient and commercially astute Executive Assistant with:
  • Proven C-suite support experience within financial services (asset management, private equity, investment banking or similar)
  • Experience operating at pace within a large, global organisation
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage upwards and influence with confidence
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong judgement and the ability to anticipate and pre-empt
