Supporting a senior leader and wider team, this position offers far more than traditional EA responsibilities. Alongside providing seamless executive support, you will have the opportunity to become involved in project coordination, investor relations support, ESG initiatives, team operations, events management, and recruitment activities. The Role Responsibilities will include:
- Providing proactive, right-hand support to a senior executive and wider team
- Managing complex and constantly changing diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating intricate international and domestic travel arrangements
- Inbox management and correspondence support
- Preparing meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and briefing documents
- Acting as a key point of coordination between internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners
- Supporting the planning and delivery of ESG and sustainability-related initiatives
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of investor materials and communications
- Tracking ESG-related KPIs and supporting reporting processes
- Coordinating internal and external events from concept through to execution
- Supporting wider team operations and assisting with recruitment coordination
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and initiatives across the business
Candidate Profile
We are keen to hear from experienced Executive Assistants who have gained a minimum of six years’ experience within private equity, investment management, asset management, or a similarly fast-paced financial services environment. The successful candidate will be:
- Exceptionally organised with outstanding attention to detail
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and resourceful
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experienced in supporting senior stakeholders within demanding environments
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
