Hera Search is partnering with a highly successful, globally renowned asset management firm to recruit an exceptional Executive Assistant to join their prestigious Mayfair office on a long-term, ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished and proactive EA to join the firm’s Private Wealth team, supporting one highly ambitious Managing Director alongside three Principals.

The MD is at an exciting stage in his career and is seeking a true right-hand EA who can operate at pace, anticipate needs, and play a key role in supporting his continued success. The team itself is widely regarded as one of the most collaborative and supportive within the business. While the environment is fast-paced and high-performing, it is equally down-to-earth, with a strong sense of camaraderie across the EA network.

The role will involve:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating intricate, multi-stop international travel itineraries
  • Scheduling high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders globally
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted partner to the MD
  • Supporting wider team needs where required in a collaborative EA environment

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Immediately available or on a short notice period
  • Highly articulate, polished, and professional
  • Experienced within investment, private wealth, or private equity environments
  • Exceptionally organised with strong prioritisation skills
