We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join the firm’s fast-paced Private Credit team, providing support to two Managing Directors, alongside a number of Vice Presidents and Associates. This is a pivotal role within a collaborative, sociable and intellectually stimulating team, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to become a trusted partner to some of the firm’s most influential professionals.

The Role

This is a classic Executive Assistant position in a dynamic investment environment, requiring outstanding organisation, efficiency and attention to detail. Responsibilities will include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
  • Extensive global travel coordination and itinerary management
  • Meeting scheduling and logistical coordination
  • Managing competing priorities and last-minute changes
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider team
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and business partner to senior executives
  • Anticipating needs, identifying solutions and ensuring seamless day-to-day support

One of the Managing Directors is particularly busy and highly sought-after across the business, making this a true right-hand support role. The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful and naturally one step ahead, always prepared with contingency plans and alternative solutions.

About You

We are looking for an ambitious and polished Executive Assistant with:

  • Approximately 2–5 years’ experience supporting senior stakeholders within private equity, investment management, asset management, banking or a similarly fast-paced financial services environment
  • Exceptional diary management and coordination skills
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • The confidence to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
