An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished, Italian-speaking Executive Assistant to join a highly regarded global asset management firm in their London office. Renowned for its outstanding reputation and continued success, this is a fantastic chance to become part of a dynamic, high-performing environment. We are seeking an experienced EA with a strong background in the investment sector who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, ever-evolving role.
This position will support a team of five across Milan and London, with primary support to a highly influential and well-respected Managing Director based in Milan, alongside two additional team members in Milan and two executives in London. This is a true right-hand role requiring a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives under pressure and can seamlessly manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Extensive and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
- Coordination of complex international travel arrangements
- Acting as a key liaison across the Milan and London teams
- Supporting senior stakeholders with efficiency and discretion
- Collaborating closely with a wider team of 18 EAs, contributing to a supportive team culture
- Fluent in Italian (essential)
- Proven EA experience within asset management, investment banking, private equity, or a similar financial services environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with the ability to juggle competing demands
- A strong team player with a collaborative and positive approach
- Immediately available or available at short notice
