Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic EA & Project Coordinator to support 2 senior consultants of a successful Leadership Advisory practice of a global organisation based in smart offices in Central London.

As EA & Project Coordinator you will provide EA and project support to both consultants, managing complicated logistics, liaising between clients and executives and preparing high level documentation, We are looking for an Executive Assistant who is confident at building relationships with clients, thinking strategically, juggling multiple priorities and working to tight deadlines in a high pressured environment.

The Role:

- Organise meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for consultants
- Acting as a liaison for executives, partners, and clients
- Preparing documents, proof reading and formatting, client pitches and presentations to a high standard
- Maintain relationships with clients, providing high-level communication and keeping on top of deliverables
- Preparing and submitting expenses and client billings

The successful EA will have:

This is a fantastic role for an Executive Assistant looking to provide more than the traditional Executive Assistant support, get involved in the business and really add value. The office culture is very important to the business and subsequently the Executive Assistants tend to stay a long time. We are looking for an Executive Assistant with solid previous experience, ideally from within a professional services environment and strong academic qualifications.
