An amazing opportunity for an Executive Assistant has arisen at a successful search consultancy based in Soho.
Working within this professional, fun, supportive office you will support a Partner and small team with a range of EA and project support duties. The role will include diary management, heavy meeting scheduling, travel coordination, expenses and preparing documents and presentations.
We are looking for someone bright, enthusiastic and proactive who has gained some exposure to the search process and who has strong experience of juggling priorities. You will be confident at communicating at a senior level, have a helpful, muck in attitude and enjoy working as part of a team. An excellent opportunity for an EA/Team Assistant keen to progress and to join a sociable, friendly company in a hands-on role. Prior team support experience in a fast-paced search environment is essential.
