An exceptional role for an up and coming Business & Private EA. We are looking for someone bright, proactive, discreet and meticulous with a positive, can-do attitude to work for a caring, entrepreneurial UHNWI family with global business interests.
You will be based at the Principal's 10 person investment office in Mayfair working closely alongside two other longstanding EAs. You will be responsible for providing high level support across all areas of the family's private and business affairs.
Your background will include previous PA experience in a high end setting whether that be Finance, a family office or another professional, boutique environment. The pace of this role is super busy and you will need to be robust with expert organisational skills. You will need to be expert at juggling priorities, anticipating what needs to be done and delivering well thought out solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars over time zones
- Coordinate weekly global travel arrangements and logistics, visas and private jets and produce itineraries
- Act as touchstone for wider family members, supporting with ad hoc personal errands, appointments and frequent travel arrangements
- Liaise with household staff, drivers and contractors
- Coordinate events and ad hoc projects
Candidates must:
- Have some Private PA experience
- Enjoy working as part of a team, but also be able to take decisions and use your initiative
- Have strong levels of respect, discretion and confidentiality
- Be adaptable, flexible and able to handle last minute changes
- Be able to demonstrate longevity in previous roles
£50,000 - £60,000 + annual bonus and hybrid working
