We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful, globally recognised investment firm in the City of London, seeking an experienced and polished Personal Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a well-established organisation with an exceptional reputation for both performance and employee care. The Role

You will provide dedicated support to four highly busy and in-demand Managing Directors, with additional overflow assistance to their wider teams. This is a classic, fast-paced PA role requiring a proactive, highly organised individual who thrives under pressure and enjoys being at the heart of a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating intricate international travel itineraries
  • Acting as a true right-hand support to senior stakeholders
