We are an approved VTCT Centre looking for a passionate and inspiring Beauty Therapy Lecturer/Tutor to deliver Level 2 and 3 qualifications at our academy in Palmers Green
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated lecturer/assessor with strong teaching skills and a genuine passion for developing future beauty professionals. The role involves lesson delivery, student assessment, and supporting learners to achieve their qualifications.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching in Beauty Therapy (Level 2/3, including massage).
- Create lesson plans, qualification handouts, and other teaching materials.
- Develop assessments and track learner progress.
- Mentor and support students throughout their training.
- Engage in continuous professional development.
Key Requirements
- Assessor (CAVA/A1) and Teaching (AET/CET) qualifications are essential.
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy (including massage).
- Experience in teaching/assessing with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organisational and IT skills.
- Positive and professional approach with a genuine passion for education.
What We Offer
