We are recruiting experienced senior health economists who bring both strong technical modelling expertise and a mindset geared toward innovation. Senior health economists at HEOR take ownership of delivering high‑quality modelling projects, from conceptualisation and model design through to development, validation, and communication of results. Our modelling work spans the full breadth of the drug development and market access landscape, including:
- Early‑stage models to inform clinical and commercial strategy
- Budget impact and cost‑offset models
- Complex chronic disease models reflecting lifetime health outcomes
- Infectious disease and transmission modelling
- Cost‑effectiveness analyses for launch readiness and HTA submissions
- Value models for in‑market assets
- Payer‑facing tools and interactive value communication resources

Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in conceptualising, developing, and delivering mathematical and/or health economic models
- A passion for algorithms and modelling, approaching complex challenges with curiosity and innovation
- Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++, R, or Python
- Experience with modelling within VBA/Excel is also an asset
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, acting as a key point of contact for clients
- Excellent organisational skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience leading projects and managing milestones
