Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly to varied audiences. Growing experience in building client partnerships PhD or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline. Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
