The Role
As an Agricultural Salesperson, you will
- Promote and sell Kubota, Merlo and Yamaha and our extensive range of agricultural machinery and equipment within your designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and grow market share across the area.
- Provide professional advice and machinery solutions tailored to customers' individual needs.
- Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery and follow‑up.
- Attend agricultural shows, demonstrations, customer events and manufacturer training as required.
- Work closely with our service and parts departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in agricultural machinery sales or a strong agricultural background.
- Knowledge of tractors, telehandlers and modern farm machinery would be highly advantageous.
- A passion for agriculture and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivation with the ability to work independently and manage your own territory.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Confidence using IT systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
- A full UK driving licence.
