Our client is taking the next big step in their UK growth journey and seeking a Supply Chain Manager who’s ready to make an impact from day one. The business is a global FMCG brand house investing heavily in the UK market as it expands across its brand portfolios and categories.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll lead the strategy and execution of the supply and replenishment framework across the UK. You’ll build trusted relationships with key retail partners, including Top4 Grocery, Superdrug and Boots, ensuring the business meets their needs and optimising performance at every stage.

You’ll collaborate with third-party logistics partners to keep operations running efficiently and cost-effectively, continually seeking ways to streamline and improve. Your sharp eye for data and trends will help shape accurate forecasts with the international demand team and ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

Working closely with product and marketing teams, you’ll help manage launches, updates, and product transitions seamlessly, keeping shelves stocked, customers happy, and supply chains smooth. In short, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring products are always available, visible, and performing in line with their partners’ expectations.

You:

  • Proven experience in supply chain or replenishment management, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong background in grocery and high street customer management, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
  • Skilled in supply chain optimisation, customer relationship building and inventory management.
  • A natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and autonomy to drive real results.
  • Office-based in London, there will be an element of UK travel required.
