£75,000 + Car allowance + 20% Bonus

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage relationships with key senior figures at retail customers and drive growth to achieve the sales plan. You will demonstrate first-class commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the complexities and fast-moving dynamics of the UK Own Label landscape. Experience managing key UK retail accounts is essential, alongside the ability to operate strategically in a highly competitive environment.

Experience with FMCG Own Label is essential.
Proven experience managing major UK grocery retail accounts.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable growth.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to lead annual joint business planning.
Strong data analysis skills to drive insight-led decision making.
Comfortable with working in a fully remote role with monthly visits to HQ.
