You will need:
- Significant FMCG category development experience with Top4 Grocery retailers.
- Strong career background working for large branded FMCG manufacturers.
- Strong experience in using category data and driving action from this.
- Experience in creating and delivering 'Perfect Store' strategy.
- Highly numerate (inc. P&L financials) with good analytical skills & critical thinking ability.
- Drive engagement on NPD forecasting, pricing and promotional strategies.
- Ability to increase fixture quality and range share.
