The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of a key product vertical, leading the execution of global initiatives while driving local marketing strategies across your market. You’ll manage end-to-end product launches, oversee digital campaign performance, and deliver impactful multi-channel campaigns across paid media, influencer, PR, and retail. Working closely with global teams and external partners, you’ll ensure campaigns are effectively localised, commercially focused, and executed to a high standard, while also managing budgets, stakeholder communication, and post-campaign insights.
Experience required
- We seek a versatile marketer who excels in fast-paced, high-growth brand environments and takes full ownership of campaigns.
- Efficient experience in brand marketing (Large branded FMCG, in-house, or agency).
- Strong exposure to 360 marketing, including digital, retail, influencer, and PR.
- Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience working with global teams and adapting strategies locally.
- Strong understanding of digital performance and campaign optimisation.
- Experience with influencer marketing, product launches, and retail partnerships is highly advantageous.
