As Commercial Lead, you’ll take ownership of a key product portfolio within the business, driving global sales strategy, profitability, and go-to-market execution. Working cross-functionally with teams across sales, marketing, and product, you’ll shape commercial strategy, lead product launches, and identify growth opportunities across multiple international markets.
You’ll own pricing, distribution, and trade investment decisions, while also managing forecasting, retailer relationships, and market expansion initiatives. With one direct report, this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader who is ready to take ownership and drive results in a global FMCG setting. 3-5 years experience in consumer goods, with strong commercial and P&L management skills is required.
