Category Manager – Top4 Grocery
Branded FMCG

Berkshire-based two days p/wk
Reporting to the Category Controller, this position will take the lead with Top4 Grocery customers whilst supporting the commercial team in delivering category-based stories with other retailers within the High Street & Convenience channel. Working with Circana (IRI) data, you will also utilise Nielsen & Kantar to present compelling stories to the customer and the wider internal team.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Category Management or Space/Category Planning experience with a branded FMCG
- Ability to identify gaps in category and use insights and convert them into development by delivery strong recommendations
- Working knowledge of Circana (IRI) data with experience of Kantar and Nielsen being advantageous
- Excellent presentation skills and an accurate eye for detail
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to influence through using category data
- Good project management skills
- Must be comfortable with 2-days p/wk in Berkshire
