The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering the Bart brand strategy and supporting the continued growth of one of the UK's leading food brands.
Working closely with Commercial, Category, Sales and Innovation, you'll take ownership of retailer-specific shopper marketing, brand activations and new product launches, helping translate consumer and category insight into commercially successful marketing plans.
From developing sell-in materials and retailer campaigns through to coordinating packaging updates, agency management and measuring campaign performance, this is a hands‑on brand marketing role where you'll have genuine ownership, visibility and the opportunity to make a measurable commercial impact.
You
You'll already have experience working within an FMCG brand team and be able to confidently demonstrate your own contribution to marketing campaigns, retailer activations and new product launches.
Rather than simply supporting projects, you'll be comfortable explaining the decisions you made, the challenges you encountered, the results achieved and what you learned along the way.
- Supported or delivered FMCG brand plans and retailer marketing activations.
- Coordinated new product launches from concept through to market.
- Worked closely with Sales, Category and Commercial teams to support customer presentations and retailer initiatives.
- Managed marketing agencies and delivered projects on time and on budget.
- Analysed consumer, shopper and category insight to shape marketing activity.
- Monitored campaign performance and used KPIs to optimise future activity.
- Coordinated packaging updates, artwork approvals or POS materials.
