We believe in empowering everyone to lead independent, fulfilling lives by providing expert support, advice, and training. Operating across the north of England, Henshaws offers specialist services, including a further education College in Harrogate, an Arts and Crafts Centre in Knaresborough, and Housing and Supported Living across Yorkshire and the North East. Additionally, we facilitate independence training and social groups through Community Services in Manchester and Liverpool.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Support Manager located in Harrogate. The Support Manager will oversee day-to-day Health and Safety and support operation teams in ensuring our facilities provide a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere for our service users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the housekeeping team
  • Troubleshooting issues
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Optimizing customer interactions through excellent service delivery

  • Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • IOSH certificate
  • IWFM level 4 or experience in FM management role
