We're on the lookout for someone with great resilience to become a valuable part of our team. The successful candidate will be supporting our wonderful students during the night; this may include providing medications, supporting personal care where needed, or just making them feel comfortable.
Main duties of the job:
- As part of the Residential Student Support Team, you will be vital in helping our students to get the most out of living away from home in a safe and supportive environment.
- You will also be responsible for carrying out any checks required for individual students in a professional and timely fashion throughout the night.
- It is vital that you accurately record and report students' needs and progress throughout the night.
We know working with care can bring unsociable hours and regular changing rotas, so at Henshaws we offer our staff a fixed rota! This allows our staff to fit work around life and not life around work.

Person Specification:
- Qualifications: NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care with willingness to work toward Level 3.
