Student Liaison Lead

We are looking for a proactive and compassionate Student Liaison Lead to support adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a college setting. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for learners, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and empowered throughout their educational journey. Strong communication skills, a person‑centred approach, and experience in SEND support are essential for creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• deliver effective student parliament and student voice initiative
• deliver enrichment curriculum in line with student feedback
• Line manage the Accessible Information Officer in line with CQC & Ofsted guidance (including LA audits)

Salary: £14.34 per hour / £27,590.16

Hours: 37

Weeks: 52

Holiday: 5 weeks plus 10 days bank holidays

Requirements

• Experience of supporting students with visual impairments, learning difficulties and/or other disabilities
• Experience of working in further education environment
• Good standard of Maths and English
• Holds or working towards Level 3 Qualification in a relevant curriculum or specialist area
