The Henry County Jail is seeking a dedicated and reliable individual for the position of Lead Jail Cook. The responsibilities include preparing and serving meals to inmates in a secure facility, following all dietary guidelines and health regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and recipes.
- Ensure food is prepared and served promptly.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage inventory of food supplies and report needs for reordering.
