A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Associate to join a brand new practice located in Hythe, Kent. This role is available due to expansion and is mainly PVT. The start date is December 2026.
This role is to work full time, Monday – Friday. Working hours are 8am – 5pm (Tuesday 8am – 7pm). The practice consists of 8 surgeries, which are fully equipped and computerised using Software of Excellence, with digital X-rays, iTero, Medit, and OPG on site.
About the position:
- Brand new practice
- Huge PVT potential: 70% PVT and 30% NHS
- Current Associates have been at the practice for 15-25 years
- Remuneration: Mainly PVT with a small amount of NHS
- PVT Split: 45% Lab split: 50%
