Job Responsibilities:
- Install equipment for customers by working with the dentist and other team members.
- Install equipment according to drawings agreed by the customer.
- Use tools for assembly, fixing, electrical wiring and plumbing, etc.
- Ensure the equipment functions correctly by checking for leaks, noises, etc., during operation.
- Install dental equipment to manufacturers' specifications, to pre-installed services provided by others.
- Install equipment to the highest possible standard within the allocated time period.
- Install into new/existing equipment secondary devices.
- Follow all installation instructions to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate installed equipment so the customer understands and is happy with its operation.
- Leave the working site clean and tidy wherever possible.
- Behave as a good ambassador of the company at all times, so the customer will be happy to do further business.
- Liaise between Installation Supervisor, Salesman and Customer to resolve any unclear issues.
- Maintain good records of installations/company equipment, tools, car, phone.
- Undertake cabinetry modifications/manufacturers warranty work.
Job Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 3+ years electrical experience.
- Certification of Electrical Installation work which includes practical experience.
- Basic numeracy and literacy.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems, x-rays, air and water systems.
- Strong customer interpersonal skills.
