We are looking for a detail‑oriented Pricing Analytics Lead to support day‑to‑day pricing activities across our EMEA business. You will help monitor market and competitor developments, maintain pricing data and models, and provide clear, data‑driven insights that support commercial teams. Beyond the EMEA pricing team, you will liaise with Technology, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, and Sales.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with data and able to turn analysis into straightforward, practical recommendations. Your work will focus on evaluating pricing opportunities, performing margin and revenue analyses, and supplying reliable input that helps guide informed pricing decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initially, the role will support the EMEA pricing transformation project by carrying out analyses and running impact simulations across customers, products, and countries.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to identify pricing opportunities and support pricing updates and routine price reviews.
- Conduct margin, profitability, and scenario analyses across products, customers, and markets.
- Prepare and present pricing insights, recommendations, and reports to commercial and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to align pricing tactics with broader business objectives.
- Support contract pricing, discount structures, promotions, bids, and deal reviews with data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor pricing performance, identify anomalies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide inputs to enhance pricing models, tools, and dashboards to support data-driven pricing decisions.

Job Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualifications: Degree-level education in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degree or training in Analytics or Statistics is advantageous.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in pricing, modelling, statistics, finance, or similar analytical roles. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in data modelling, forecasting, and statistical analysis. Proficiency with analytical tools and systems such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or Python. Experience analysing competitor pricing, market trends, and customer value propositions. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
