About the Role
Henry Schein One UK is a technology company focused on redefining dental care. As a Team Lead in our Support Team you will manage and inspire a high‑performing group of professionals, working closely with practices and the Support Manager to achieve key targets such as call volume, customer outcomes, NPS and retention.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, motivating and inspiring members to reach and exceed set targets and KPIs.
- Coach team members in best practices, foster a culture of continuous development.
- Ensure all team members have clear, up‑to‑date Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations.
- Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive.
- Lead recruitment efforts for the team, identifying and hiring top talent.
- Promote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with Henry Schein One values.

- Experience on a support desk and managing teams through change.
