About the Opportunity :
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce and our internal solutions effectively meet business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze, document, and implement process enhancements, workflows, and automation within Salesforce and other internal tools. Your efforts will optimize our systems, improve business performance, and streamline operations and ensure alignment across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to understand and document business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions that drive efficiency and performance.
- Process Mapping and Documentation: Develop and document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications for new Salesforce features, integrations, or enhancements.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams. Work with Salesforce developers to design and configure custom solutions that align with business requirements and goals.
- Salesforce Configuration: Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards in accordance with business requirements.
- Data Management: Support data imports, exports, and data integrity processes within Salesforce, ensuring accurate and clean data across systems.
- Testing and Validation: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and system testing efforts, ensuring that new Salesforce configurations and integrations meet business needs.
- Training and Documentation: Train internal users on business workflows. Create training content in various formats to meet the needs of the functional teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date on Salesforce product features and releases, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the platform and streamline processes. Provide day-to-day support to users on Salesforce-connected business workflows.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, support and other teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively integrated with other business systems.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) certification required
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including configuration, workflows, integrations, reports, and dashboards.
- 2+ years of experience with Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) software or related (billing) systems
- Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with Office 365 suite. (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, etc.)
- Experience with Gong Revenue AI Platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The posted range for this position is between CAD $91,500 - CAD $111,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
