Tech for good! Our SaaS product Dentally, solves real‑world problems across three core areas.

Clinical ; AI‑powered diagnostics and note‑taking, giving dentists an extra set of expert eyes on every x‑ray, further detecting subtle signs across conditions and boosting clinical accuracy in seconds.

Practice Management – Automating everything, ensuring dental practices get admin done quicker! Payments, Workflows & Patient Management, 3rd Party Integration, Reporting and Staff Instant Messaging.

Patient Experience – A digital‑first experience that empowers patients to manage appointments, complete medical forms, and make payments – all from their own device. No more old‑school phone calls and paper forms.

Product Development Culture

Your Impact

As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the user experience in Dentally, our cloud‑based practice management system that powers the work of over 40,000 active users and supports the care of 2 million patients each month. Your designs will empower dentists, administrative teams, and practice owners with intuitive, impactful interfaces that elevate every aspect of practice management.

You will also play a key role in designing AI‑augmented workflows and intelligent interfaces, helping to translate the potential of machine learning into experiences that are simple, elegant, and trustworthy.

What You\’ll Do

  • Design intuitive and effective user experiences in Figma, from early concepts and wireframes through to polished interfaces.
  • Collaborate with your squad to shape onboarding journeys that reduce friction and build customer confidence.
  • Use customer insights, feedback, and usage data to iterate and improve designs.
  • Communicate your ideas clearly, explaining the rationale behind your design decisions to your teammates and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to our shared design system and component library to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure your designs are implemented effectively.
  • Stay curious about users, the dental industry, and design best practices—sharing your ideas and insights with the wider team.

What You\’ll Bring With You

  • Approx. 4 or more years of experience designing complex products within a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Experience breaking down complex workflows and/or information architecture into intuitive user experiences.
  • A portfolio that shows strong user‑centred thinking, with examples of product flows, interfaces, and problem‑solving.
  • Experience designing for onboarding, migration, or workflow‑heavy tools.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Solid exposure working across the full design process – from discovery through to delivery.
  • Experience with Service Designer is a huge bonus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working in cross‑functional teams.
  • An interest in continuous improvement, both in your design work and in how we work as a team.
  • Inquisitive about AI, adaptable to change and comfortable working at pace.
