You’ll have an opportunity to:
- Develop a deep understanding of the HS1 brand, value proposition, and target audience in order to execute an event strategy that acquires and delights prospective and existing customers, partners, and investors.
- Initiate and project manage event projects end to end and on time including our 3-day flagship user conference.
- Ensure that event projects are clearly identified with task lists, deadlines, and resources needed.
- Find ways to measure the impact of, optimize, and iterate on these acquisition and affinity focused campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities for event sponsorship and manage the sponsorship cycle, including negotiating budgets, identifying speakers, signing contracts, executing on deliverables, creating conversion funnels, and reporting on results.
- Manage in-person and virtual events from start to finish, including timelines, vendor management, speaker management, shipments, collateral (print and digital), signages, giveaways, catering, AV requirements, travel, payment, technical setup and teardown, etc.
- Manage booth logistics for tradeshows, including design, shipping, setup, and teardown.
- Nurture positive speaker and partner experiences by building trusting, long term relationships, ultimately supporting to convert them into long term marketing partners.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute pre, during, and post event activities, nurture, and conversion programs.
- Work with the wider HS1 team to get help, support, and resources for areas we need pertaining to events, this could include brand, revenue, product, support teams.
- Plan and coordinate user group meetings (virtual and in-person) to foster peer-to-peer learning and product feedback.
- Support the development of community-building initiatives, including networking events, roundtables, and ambassador programs.
- Work with the creative team to create high quality, consistent branding for all events.
- Responsible for ordering and tracking event and partner inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc.
- Carry out all post-campaign administration, budget reconciliation, KPI tracking, follow-up communications, team debriefs and ROI analysis.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- 2+ years of experience in an event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
- Proven experience carrying out tasks related to event marketing efforts, including planning and reporting for tradeshow, roadshows, webinars, community events.
- You’re comfortable with email marketing and event software such as Pardot, Hubspot, or similar.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with virtual event platforms (e.g., Go-To-Webinar, Zoom, ON24) is a plus.
- You’re highly organized and detail oriented.
- You have superior written and interpersonal communication skills.
- You enjoy traveling and working on the go; up to 20-50% of your time will be spent traveling to various events in North America.
- You’re self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and can multi-task effectively.
- You’re independent, resourceful and can problem solve creatively.
- You’re analytical and can connect the dots to identify trends, patterns, and challenges.
- Experience in a startup environment; preferably SMB or dental-tech related is a plus.

Compensation
The posted range for this position is between $67,750 - $79,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications & education etc.
