Your Impact
As a senior manager of Marketing Operations, you will enable Henry Schein One's growth by building the systems, data foundations, and operating models that power insight led marketing and effective lifecycle execution. You will strengthen attribution, enhance lead and account scoring, improve lifecycle journeys, and equip regional and customer marketing teams with scalable, reliable infrastructure.
You will lead complex operational areas with significant autonomy, shaping policies, setting operational plans, and managing budgets. Partnering closely with Customer Marketing, Regional Marketing, Growth Marketing, Sales, Product, Data, and Business Systems, you will ensure marketing performance is measurable, optimised, and ready to scale internationally.
What You'll Do
- Define and own Henry Schein One's global marketing operations strategy, establishing clear standards for lifecycle measurement, attribution, lead scoring, campaign governance, and marketing technology usage.
- Build and maintain Henry Schein One's end-to-end marketing data architecture, unifying data across HubSpot, website analytics, paid media platforms, product usage, and customer signals.
- Own the marketing technology stack, with HubSpot as the core platform, ensuring tools are fit for purpose, well integrated and governed consistently across regions.
- Partner with Business Systems, Data, and Product teams to evaluate, implement, and optimise marketing tools, ensuring they integrate cleanly with HubSpot and support lifecycle and attribution needs.
- Design and own a multi-touch attribution model that reflects the full customer journey and clearly demonstrates marketing and lifecycle impact on revenue.
- Redesign and maintain lead and account scoring frameworks aligned to attribution and modern sales motions, replacing traditional SDR signal.
- Enable regional marketing teams to execute confidently by defining clear global standards while allowing controlled regional flexibility.
- Build robust paid, organic content, and website performance visibility, enabling confident budget allocation and optimisation decisions.
- Oversee website operations from a marketing and lifecycle perspective, ensuring the site is fully trackable, reliable, and optimisation-ready.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing and web ops team of 2, motivating and inspiring your team to reach and exceed all set targets and KPIs.
- Coach team members in best practices, fostering a culture of continuous development.
- Ensure all team members have clear, up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and receive regular performance reviews and meaningful 1:1 conversations.
- Maintain a trusting, collaborative environment, enabling the team to thrive.
- Lead recruitment efforts for your team, identifying and hiring top talent.
- Promote an inclusive and diverse culture, in line with Henry Schein One values.
What You'll Bring With You
- 7+ years of increasing responsibility within marketing and 3+ years experience leading Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with CMS and ESPs (HubSpot, etc.), including architecture, workflows, attribution, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, funnel design, and revenue attribution.
- Experience operating in multi-region or global organisations.
- Ability to balance enablement and governance when working with regional and customer marketing teams.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and structured, with a strong focus on outcomes and impact.
- Confident senior stakeholder manager who builds trust and alignment across functions.
- Comfortable with inheriting and developing a lower-maturity operations function.
