What You’ll Do

  • Devise and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Henry Schein One’s overarching business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritise potential partners from technology innovators, resellers, industry associations and key influencers.
  • Build and nurture executive‑level relationships that support long‑term, mutually beneficial collaboration.
  • Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements, ensuring commercially strong and strategically aligned outcomes.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalise deal structures that balance commercial value, compliance and legal requirements.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to embed partnership opportunities into the broader GTM strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of joint sales and marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact.
  • Champion partnerships internally, ensuring alignment of goals, processes and performance metrics across HS One regions.
  • Define clear KPIs and success measures for each partner relationship.
  • Track, analyse, and report on partnership performance, providing insights to leadership and adjusting strategies where needed.
  • Develop scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Stay ahead of dental and healthcare technology trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Represent HS One at industry conferences, partner events and thought leadership forums to strengthen brand presence.
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse culture, in line with the Henry Schein One values.

What You’ll Bring With You

  • 8 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in any applicable professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
  • A proven history of identifying, evaluating and securing strategic partnerships that directly support wider business objectives.
  • Exceptional negotiation capability and strong commercial judgement, with experience navigating complex contracts and multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Solid understanding of the legal and financial frameworks that underpin partnership agreements.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships at every level, particularly with high‑level decision makers, leaders, external partners and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, ensuring partnership initiatives progress smoothly and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience defining KPIs and performance metrics, using data‑driven insights to optimise partnership strategies.
  • Confidence working with analytics tools or dashboards to monitor performance, ROI and pipeline health.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models, ideally complemented by experience in health tech, dental, or a closely related technology sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for compelling pitches, executive‑level reporting and internal alignment.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to represent HS One at external events, webinars and industry conferences.
