Are you a motivated leader with a flair for people, organisation, and business growth? We are an established private dental practice with a reputation for clinical excellence, offering everything from routine care to advanced treatments including implants, All-on-4, Invisalign, smile makeovers and facial aesthetics. We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to help our talented team deliver exceptional patient care while driving continued growth and operational excellence.
Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00 - £42,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
Your Role:
- Lead, support and motivate the team to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice, maintaining compliance and patient satisfaction.
- Oversee patient journey processes to maximise performance in line with our business goals.
- Champion the practice culture, positive, professional, and patient-focused.
About You:
- Highly organised, proactive and solutions-driven.
- A natural people person with proven leadership experience.
- Resilient and adaptable, able to manage the daily challenges of a busy dental practice and align team resources effectively.
- Experienced in delivering outstanding customer care, ideally in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Strong communicator with excellent written, verbal and IT skills.
