An opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dental Nurse / Receptionist to join an independent practice in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

- Modern practice providing NHS and private dental treatments
- Consisting of 4 surgeries
- Computerised using Exact software with digital x-rays and iTero scanner

Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism to ensure they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Managing appointments: scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly.
- Handling inquiries via phone and email, providing clear information on services, treatments, and pricing.
- Maintaining accurate patient records using dental software (SOE experience is a plus).
- Processing payments and managing billing: assisting with patient queries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Supporting the clinical team with patient handovers, ensuring excellent communication and coordination.
- Contributing to online presence by assisting with engaging social media content (Instagram/Facebook).
- Ensuring health, safety, and infection control standards are maintained throughout daily tasks.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous background as a GDC‑registered dental nurse
- Experience with SOE (Software of Excellence) or similar dental management software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Strong multitasking abilities and organisational skills, even when under pressure.
- A proactive, solution‑oriented attitude and impeccable attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and always ready with a smile!
