Henry Moore Clinic in Castleford area is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our busy GP practice. The role is a full-time, permanent post, 37.5 hours per week, with a list of over 11,000 patients and a strong training ethos.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive primary care team, delivering chronic disease management, health checks, immunisations and health promotion while maintaining accurate records and complying with IPC and safeguarding policies.
