- Developing tender, contract and construction programmes using Asta Powerproject.
- Producing programme narratives, logistics plans and construction methodologies.
- Monitoring progress against programme and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Carrying out critical path analysis and programme optimisation.
- Supporting project teams with short-term planning and recovery programmes where required.
- Developing phasing and sequencing strategies for complex projects.
- Preparing progress reports and programme updates for senior stakeholders and clients.
- Working closely with commercial teams regarding programme implications, change management and delay analysis.
- Attending client, design and project meetings as the planning lead.
