A leading Tier 1 contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across the commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their pre-construction and delivery team.

The role involves:

  • Developing tender, contract and construction programmes using Asta Powerproject.
  • Producing programme narratives, logistics plans and construction methodologies.
  • Monitoring progress against programme and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Carrying out critical path analysis and programme optimisation.
  • Supporting project teams with short-term planning and recovery programmes where required.
  • Developing phasing and sequencing strategies for complex projects.
  • Preparing progress reports and programme updates for senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Working closely with commercial teams regarding programme implications, change management and delay analysis.
  • Attending client, design and project meetings as the planning lead.
  • Supporting pre-construction teams with bid submissions and programme development.
